5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customers can cancel or reschedule the appointment before the technician is dispatched.
• If the technician has already reached the location, a visiting charge may apply.

6. Warranty on Service

• Warranty, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of service.
• Warranty covers only the specific repair or part replaced.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Electrical fluctuations
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized repairs by third parties

8. Spare Parts & Materials

• Only required parts will be replaced after customer approval.

9. Limitation of Liability
