Before Technician Dispatch
- Customers can cancel or reschedule a service free of charge if the technician has not yet been dispatched.

After Technician Dispatch
- If the technician has already been dispatched or reached the location, a visiting or inspection charge may apply.
- This charge covers the technician’s travel and time.
2. Refund Policy
Advance Payments
If a customer has made an advance payment:
Full Refund
- If the service is cancelled before technician dispatch.
Partial Refund
- If cancellation occurs after technician dispatch, the visiting charge will be deducted.
After Service Completion
- Once the service is completed and approved by the customer, no refunds will be issued.
- If there is any issue with the service, customers can contact us for a revisit or service support, depending on the warranty terms.
3. Spare Parts Refund
- Spare parts once installed are non-refundable.
- Refunds or replacements for parts will only be provided if:
- The part is defective, and
- It is covered under the service or part warranty.
4. Service Warranty Claims
