2. Refund Policy

  • If the service is cancelled before technician dispatch.

Partial Refund

  • If cancellation occurs after technician dispatch, the visiting charge will be deducted.

After Service Completion

  • Once the service is completed and approved by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

3. Spare Parts Refund

  • Spare parts once installed are non-refundable.
